Alex searches an embedded copy of the internal Sendmsg support course (lessons, FAQ, call scripts, pricing, policies) to answer product/support questions instead of guessing or asking a person. Re-crawled nightly, or on demand below — only pages that actually changed get re-embedded, so refreshing is cheap. Requires COURSE_KB_MAGIC_LINK and OPENAI_API_KEY to be set on the server.

Automatic meeting filing

Every 30 min during work hours, Alex files the new Spinach meetings as a ClickUp Doc (summary + decisions) in the space below, creates a task per action item assigned to the person below, and DMs them what was filed.
